Research

My research interests include the archaeology and history of Native Americans during the colonial period in western North America, the persistence and transformation of cultural landscapes, as well as collaborative and public archaeology. My dissertation research centers on the colonial experiences of the indigenous peoples who lived and worked at Mission Santa Catalina in Baja California, Mexico.
